Please note below all shipping policies that apply to our customers.
Standard shipping (Free shipping) – Take from 10 to 20 days (depends on your country’s customs policies) to be delivered.
Express shipping – Takes from 5 to 10 days (does not include processing time) to be delivered (depends on your country custom policies).
These are time estimates and they do not include orders processing time. Due to the free nature of shipping and the potential custom delays of your country, Ugly Design cannot guarantee the length of delivery. Be sure to let us know if your order doesn’t arrive, we’ll check up on the shipping status.

Due to the substantial amount of orders we process every day, delivery typically occurs 3 to 5 business days from the day you submit your order.
However delays might occur if stock is low.
If you need your item before a certain date, we highly suggest you get in touch with our team before placing your order.
Items are shipped via different couriers depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs our warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. However, since we work with very reliable shipping carriers, delays are extremely rare. If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.
If you need your order before a certain date, please contact us PRIOR to submitting your order so we can determine whether we are able to meet your deadline. If we are unable to meet your deadline with standard shipping, EXPRESS shipping is available. However, we are not responsible if the shipping company does not honor the expected timeline. These express shipping methods are not GUARANTEED shipping methods, although delays with these methods are rare.
Some products ship from outside the EU. If applicable, customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s tax policy before purchasing from Ugly Design. We do not reimburse customs tax nor do we collect tax on behalf of any customs department. Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item redelivered for failure to pay the customs tax or if an undeliverable address is provided, resulting in packages being shipped back to Ugly Design. Please be sure the address provided upon checkout is one that is able to accept packages and tax due notices if your country imposes customs tax.
